I know the business.
I build it myself.

Since 2006 I have worked on Dynamics NAV and automotive DMS projects, taking each one from requirements analysis through design, development and go-live. Today I build AI systems that answer questions about that ERP data in plain language, and people use them in their daily work.

What I can take on

ERP–LLM integration

I build AI interfaces that answer plain-language questions from the business data in Dynamics NAV and MSSQL. I do the whole job myself: learning what people ask and how the ERP data is structured, then designing the queries, building the screens and rolling it out on site.

Dynamics NAV · Business Central

Implementations, version upgrades and extension development. I have added features built for Korean and overseas sites, such as electronic tax invoices, quality control (QC) and bank integrations.

Automotive DMS (incadea)

Implementation, branch rollouts and integration with manufacturer systems for imported-car dealer management systems. I was lead consultant on the Audi Volkswagen Korea project and on Inchcape's Indonesia and Philippines projects.

Custom business systems

Planning, architecture, implementation and operations, with one person responsible from start to finish. Most recently a real-estate listing manager; before that, sales-information, EDI and VAT systems in Java and Node.js.

ERP data is accurate, but the people who need a number rarely get it quickly. I connected Dynamics NAV and MSSQL to LangChain and Chainlit and built an interface that answers a plain-language question with the exact ERP figures. I handled it alone, from planning to implementation. It runs in daily use.

incadea DMS for Inchcape Indonesia and the Philippines

incadea Korea, 2023–2025

A Volkswagen 1500 on a showroom floor, 1960

A new incadea DMS implementation for the Indonesian and Philippine subsidiaries of the automotive distributor Inchcape. As lead consultant I handled requirements analysis, DMS configuration, data migration, integration with manufacturer systems and go-live support.

Electronic tax-invoice extension for NAV

2H Consulting, 2019–2023

Kodak's accounts-payable ledger, 1919–1928

So that Korean companies on Dynamics NAV could issue National Tax Service e-tax invoices from inside the ERP, I built an extension integrated with the Popbill API and deployed it at client sites. In the same period I upgraded Guerbet Japan's NAV and built a Business Central QC extension app.

More on the profile

One person, start to finish

I started as a developer in 2000. I first worked with Dynamics NAV in 2006 and have not left ERP work since.

In Germany I ran a subsidiary's ERP and IT alone for four and a half years. That is where I learned that in a small organization, the person who plans, the person who builds and the person who runs it have to be the same person, or the work never finishes.

From 2013 I implemented dealer management systems in Korea and Southeast Asia. From the first requirements meeting to data migration and go-live, I was always on site.

Today I make the data sitting in ERP systems answerable in plain language. The question box on this page is a small version of that.
